FAQ
How old does my student have to be to attend?
Youth Conference is designed for students entering 6th grade in fall 2023 through 12th grade students including those who just graduated spring 2023.
What is the ticket cancellation process?
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, 100% of your registration is refundable until July 17th, 2023. After that, no refunds can be given.
Are meals provided?
Yes! Also, our cafe will be open during specific times with items available for purchase. Students will be handed meal tickets that they are responsible for holding on to throughout the conference.
Will there be allergy-friendly options available within the meal package add-on?
Yes, but please specify on your registration form so that we can prepare for you!
Does my student need to bring money?
Students may want to bring money for snacks, drinks, and conference merchandise. Your student will be responsible for any money that they bring on-site.
